GREAT VICTORY
Ashtar: This will be a great victory for this sector of space. There will be an interval of time in which the planet will need to rest from its chaotic adjustment, in preparation for its coming galactic representation. During this period, following its cleansing and its revolt against the dark ones, the planet will be permitted a period of rest and quietness, until it becomes habitable again. During this inaction the saints of God and the light representatives will be the guests of this galaxy in many different locations, while awaiting their return to earth again.

TELEPATHY
Ashtar: We have taught those who thus "hear" us, through long and tedious training sessions of sitting quietly with us, to become receivers of our transmissions. The telepathic thread of experiencing soundless words within the mind is as lucid and fluent as your own tongue. Therefore, still the body, quiet the mind, and think on us, and we will respond to those who do in love turn their thoughts toward us of the Intergalactic Space Confederation.

Ashtar: You (the light workers), over the last three-and-a-half decades, have built an area of understanding and consciousness in millions of people that was not formerly there. At the present time you are going through the last days of the old Piscean age. It remains to be seen whether these days become the end of the world for the majority of your people, or the beginning of a glorious new age that can be manifested within the next few years.

SHARE COMMUNICATIONS
Ashtar: I have with me here one formerly known to your world as George Van Tassel who will speak to you now.
George Van Tassel: Good afternoon, Tuella. In the coming events upon this planet, there will be a tremendous need of increased communication and contact with the Lords of the higher dimensions. There must be in evidence that loving attitude of a desire to share with all, whatever communications are sent, with all others who will receive them. The world is in need of these extraterrestrial communiqués to prepare for the coming transition from the old into the new.

EVACUATION UPDATE 1984
Ashtar: So many souls still involve themselves in the dates and such, pertinent to their lifting. For one who is totally ready and qualified, there is no need for dates to be given until the very moment has come. Howbeit, in no instance will individuals be given long periods of notice for readiness, but only short notices will be given, for security purposes.

RETURN OF THE COMET
Ashtar: The final cleansing of the planet will be that of fire which will be instigated by the return of the comet and the fallout from this event. It is going to collide with this planet and its impact will be quite devastating. This event of course remains as the final stand of the fallen ones and the final karmic cleansing necessary for the transformation.

THESE GREAT CITIES
Tuella: Friends, when you see the sky blackened with thousands of small craft coming in to carry you to these great cities, be not afraid. These ships mean our deliverance!

RESCUE THE BEAUTIFUL PLANET OF EARTH
Matton: We must assume some of the responsibility for the acts of your planet, for it was to you that we sent those disruptive and rebellious units of consciousness when our heavens were cleansed of all warlike propensities. As the cleansing took place elsewhere, your planet became the recipient of these unworthy ones. We have all, therefore, joined our forces and offered our time and technology to finally rescue the beautiful planet of Earth from the hold of these malevolent forces of Lucifer, that rely upon death and destruction and bondage of humanity.

CITY CRAFT
Klala: Millions of craft are in orbit around your planet. Some monitor the thoughts and evolution of individuals as they progress to higher levels of evolvement. Other forms of craft fulfill constant missions of manning the fault lines and volcanic areas. Any changes noted bring an instant alert. When transmutation is complete, a remnant of your people will find themselves relocated in the great City-Craft that orbit the upper heavens. The Guardians will nullify the destructive radioactivity of your atmosphere, and heal the planetary wounds in preparation of a new day.

WILL YOU QUALIFY FOR THE COMING RESCUE?

Members of the Ashtar Command: We have those who can walk among you and never be noticed for all their similarity to your own appearance. They can suddenly appear behind your rostrum and speak to the members of your congress. We would prefer to be invited to do this. If we are not invited we may have to arrange our own opportunity to speak.

DEDICATED LIGHT WORKERS
Hilarion: I would speak of the ongoing of the light upon the planet and the faithfulness of the dedicated light workers. You are our hands and feet and our very presence in the physical octive. Without each and every one of you our plans would be without an anchor, and our hopes for mankind would be curtailed.

MANY HAVE COME GREAT DISTANCES
Nada: Many Beings and many Great Ones have come great distances to assist the Solar and Planetary Hierarchies in the challenge of the coming decade. There will be sweeping changes in the very face of the land and the shape of the bodies of water. The remnant will find harmony and cooperation advancing smoothly.

Soltec: Your space friends are here at the request of the Most High Interplanetary Hierarchy, and the Great Cosmic Government. MINISTERING TO EARTH
Arcturus: The planet of Arcturus has been in constant support of the volunteer program ministering to Earth. We come with our thousands of ships and thousands upon thousands of willing volunteers, who have come the great distance to be with you and to help you. The processes involved for your planet in this great event will require assistance from your brothers of other galaxies.

PHYSICAL RESCUE
Arcturus: My beloved friends of Earth, you cannot stand alone in that which is to come. In a unanimous decision of the highest council in space, it was agreed that our fleets be alerted and ready from that moment on for momentary response to the need of humanity. We will fill your skies the moment that our presence and your physical rescue is necessary.

YOUR SKIES WILL FILL WITH SHIPS
Brother James: Tidal waves and intense weather abnormalities, shifting plates of land beneath the oceans, and the quivering of the mountains, could take place in concerted action, so that humanity would have nowhere to run, nowhere to turn and no sense of direction or idea of what they must do to save themselves. Panic could grip the hearts of people, resulting in calls upon God for deliverance. It is in hours such as these that your skies will fill with the ships of your brothers from other realms.

RESCUE HUMANITY
Brother James: There must be an inner understanding with the hearts of mankind that the Guardians have come to assist them in their time of trouble. They have patrolled your heavens for thousands of years with every effort geared toward this eventuality. It is that brief moment of time, when the skies will fill with the craft of your Brothers of other worlds to rescue humanity.

MASS EVACUATION
Hatonn: We of the Space Commands do have tremendous plans, completely ready for action, for a mass evacuation. It is the conclusion of the great tribunal that the evacuation will be necessary. Mass evacuation will take place for all of those whose spiritual advancement makes compatibility with us possible.

THE GREAT EVACUATION
Andromeda Rex: The Great Evacuation will come upon the world very suddenly. Our rescue ships will be able to come in close enough in the twinkling of an eye to set the lifting beams in operation in a moment. Mankind will be lifted, levitated shall we say, by the beams from our smaller ships. These smaller craft will in turn taxi the persons to the larger ships overhead, higher in the atmosphere, where there is ample space and quarters and supplies for the millions of people.

GOOD NEIGHBORS IN SPACE
Anromeda Rex: There is nothing to be feared in coming into our midst. We are loving, normal persons, as yourselves, with the attitude of good neighbors and helpers in a time of crises. We are prepared with clothing, and your foods, and the needs to which you have accustomed yourselves. We will not be guards, but friends, and you will enjoy your time with us, especially as you look upon your planet in its turmoil.

LIGHT BODIES
Andromeda Rex: Those beamed up in physical form will be accelerated and quickened within that physical form to a more spiritual essence within the body, into what has been termed light bodies. The physical form will remain the same in appearance to most, but that higher blending of the etheric with the physical will bring about change, and eliminate sickness and physical disharmony among you.

EVACUEES
Anton: The ship that you saw this morning is the one on which this sector gathering will take place and the one into which evacuees will be brought. It is the same ship which positioned above you two years ago and it is a city-sized ship, being almost one hundred miles in diameter.

THREE COMMANDERS
Andromeda Rex: I am speaking to you directly from the command ship you saw this morning. You must see and be convinced beyond any shadow of a doubt that the words we speak are true and your experience is real. I am the commander responsible for this western sector, sharing my mission with Monka, who will oversee the central sector, and Alphon, who heads up the leadership for the eastern sector.

WARNING TO MANKIND
The Ashtar Command: In time of war upon the Earth, a shrill siren is used to alert the populace that danger is approaching and that they should retire themselves to a place of shelter immediately. We do now, with the sending forth of this book, sound the siren of warning to mankind. Danger is upon you. Drop everything and prepare yourselves.

DELAYED TWENTY-FIVE YEARS
Sananda: We have had to consider his binding theological prejudices, his apathy, his indifference, his general close-mindedness in most of these things, but most of all, his outright hostility to those whom the Father has sent to reason with him. Because of this militancy, our progress for the world plan has been delayed for twenty-five years. Many have wearied that it would ever come to pass.

JUPITER COMMAND
Monka: Our friends of the Jupiter Command are keeping us posted within seconds of Earth time, on every smallest detail of events before they happen. They are doing an excellent work in monitoring the secret government councils of the world nations.

SPECIAL LEGION
Korton: All of these self-sacrificing leaders will remain until the last moment for directing others, teaching others, and assisting in the creation of an atmosphere free of fear around those clusters of humanity preparing for their rescue. It is this Special Legion who will be answering questions, teaching the people, and preparing their hearts for that which is to come. Without them, our mission could not proceed in its purpose, for the aura of fear and hostility toward us still prevails on a general scale.

GROUND FORCES
Kuthumi: I shed forth my love and blessing to all who have determined to serve as ground forces in this tremendous undertaking. None shall fail in your choice to complete the mission. Beloved ones, you are the light of the world in its darkest hour.

THE TESTIMONY
Ashtar: Our desire is to meet with all of you personally on a face-to-face basis. This will anchor within you an experience that will carry you through anything that will follow. This is the testimony we would have them give to the world, the account of their face-to-face encounter with the commanders of the space confederation.

ETHERIC CITIES
Ashtar: You shall be taken into that place where our etheric cities are in waiting. Now is the time when the world must know, and believe, and accept these things. This book you are preparing now could very well forestall all atomic war and all geological destruction if the hearts of men would receive our words.

TOO MANY WHO FEAR US
Ashtar: There are too many who fear us, too many who would withdraw and hold back should an invitation be given to come with us for rescue. We recognize the problem. We are dealing with it in every possible way through hundreds of precious willing souls Earth-based.

MAKE YOURSELF READY
Matton: These great rays are here to assist you in your spiritual aspirations and if that is the desire of your heart, you have much heavenly assistance coming to you at this time. Now is the time to make yourself ready to be taken to the ships.

TEN PERCENT
The channel is Lyara.
Alphon: Rest assured that planetary evacuation is quite familiar to us, and each detail has been fully accounted for. Approximately ten percent of the planetary population is to be taken aboard for eventual return to the planet after 5 to 7 years. The remainder will not have a long opportunity to support life at this dimension. The reason that both the surface and middle earth must be evacuated is the planetary line up, followed quickly by the bypass of a larger planet.

NOT DOING MISSION
The channel is Lyara.
Lytton: Each of you who are attuned to this material has a mission of service to mankind. At debriefing time before embarking on this mission, you realized only to some degree the hazards that you would experience on this planet. The most serious was not preparing yourself to wake up, by getting involved and caught up with Earths activities and pleasures and forgetting your identity. Many brothers and sisters have not yet awakened sufficiently to fulfill their missions in the remaining time allotted.

INTRODUCING THE ASCENSION
Sananda: Hello, nice to be here with you this evening on this auspicious occasion. I am Sananda, here to introduce you to a great adventure in you lives. We will be introducing you to the ascension process.

THESE TIMES ARE EXTRAORDINARY
Sananda: These times are quite extraordinary. What is occurring now has not occurred on this world before. It is a transformation. There is an incredible amount of growth available. The opportunity to take a quantum leap into higher consciousness is now here for you.

FATHER / CREATOR
Sananda: And now at this time, through a special dispensation of the Father/Creator of the universe, and all the universes, we are putting out the call to those beings such as yourselves, those lightworkers and starseeds, who will be the first to learn about this opportunity to return to their true states of awareness, their true identities.

ASCENSION
Sananda: What is ascension? It is a great evolutionary leap. It is a leap from third dimensional reality into a fifth dimensional or higher state of consciousness. An ascended being is one who has made that leap, who has at least attained to the level of the fifth dimension, who has gone beyond birth and death.

YOU ARE COURAGEOUS BEINGS
Sananda: You are very evolved beings. You are courageous beings. You are among those who chose to leave the ascended state, to come here to take third dimension incarnations in order that you might assist in the transformation of this planet.

STARSEEDS HAVE FALLEN ASLEEP
Sananda: The change that was intended for this planet has not been proceeding as rapidly as we had hoped when this choice was made by you to incarnate here. What has happened is that most of the starseeds have fallen asleep themselves.

INTO THE FIFTH DIMENSION
Sananda: You may call it evacuation or you may call it ascension. These terms are related, but the evacuation refers to the lifting of your physical forms. The ascension refers to the experience of making the shift into the fifth dimension.

THE CATACLYSMS
Sananda: At that point it will most likely not be possible to sustain life on this planet. The Earth will undergo its transformation. It will become a fifth-dimension entity, and afterwards there will be a repopulation of the Earth by beings who are compatible with fifth-dimension reality. No one will be able to be earthlings unless they have ascended.

THE FINAL EVACUATION
Sananda: You may at times see a ship of the Ashtar Command. In the future that will happen en masse. It is part of the plan. The Earth will be surrounded by ships visibly during the last stage of the final evacuation.

WE HAVE CONTACTED WORLD LEADERS
Sananda: The Ashtar Command has contacted all the world leaders. They have not been very open to exchanging information. For this reason it is not entirely safe for the Ashtar Command to manifest in third-dimension reality.

THE OTHER SHIPS
Sananda: The other ships that are here are something that you should be wary of. There are beings that have made alliances with the secret governments. They are doing their best to confuse the issues here. The Ashtar Command is more powerful and enlightened and can take care of them when the time comes.

NEGATIVE EXTRATERRESTRIALS
Sananda: If you should see a space being, if they do not look like a human being, I would be wary. Most of the negative extraterrestrials do not look the same as we do. Some of them have no emotional bodies. They have never experienced love. You can detect them by their emanations.

SPACE WARS
Sananda: There will be some star wars. You will be made aware of them as your ascension is completed. This planet is not alone in the overall restructuring of the universe.

SANANDA FOR PRESIDENT
Sananda: I come to share my love and to bless you all this evening. And to ask you for your vote. Sananda for President -- Ashtar for Vice President. Some will vote for us and others will not. Be concerned with who you will vote for and not who others are voting for.

MAJORITY OF STARSEEDS
Ashtar: We had hoped that the situation here would have worked out differently. The majority of those who incarnated as starseeds have themselves fallen into a deep sleep and have been existing as if they were ordinary third-dimensional human beings.

WE ARE DISAPPOINTED
Question: It is hard for me to understand that if there are 144,000 starseeds and you are trying to wake up 2000 that so many have forgotten. I am amazed that we are in such bad shape. Ashtar: We are disappointed with the outcome of this experiment. But it has been thousands of years since most of the starseeds took this challenge. This is a long time to be subjected to materialism and third-dimensional limitations.

DO YOUR EARTH MISSIONS
Ashtar: Simply to be embodied at this time on the Earth’s surface is quite a challenge. And on top of that we are asking you to unfold your Earth missions. We are challenging you to open to who you are, at the deepest level of yourselves.

EARTH VOLUNTEERS
Ashtar: Those of you who volunteered to come to Earth many thousands of years ago, to assist with the transformation, are under contract. This contract is calling you now to make a total commitment to your own enlightenment, your own ascension.

SHOULD YOU REQUIRE EVACUATION
Ashtar: Should you as lightworkers, as ascension candidates, require evacuation, that can be accomplished. Should it be necessary for you to be evacuated in the instance of life-threatening earth changes, this can easily be accomplished. It has occurred, and it likely will occur in the future.

HONOR YOURSELVES
Ashtar: Honor yourselves for the great sacrifices you have made coming here, for all that you have withstood. Never have so few been so mistreated by so many and responded with such love and compassion. You were the right ones for the job.

THREE MEDITATIONS
Ashtar: You are not experiencing the direct presence of the Creator in your bodies. Use your inner sense of vision to meditate on the light. Use your inner sense of hearing to meditate on the music of the spheres. Use your inner sense of feeling to meditate on your breathing.

THE PRIME DIRECTIVE
Ashtar: There are many activities that the light vehicles are attending to. One of them is assisting the lightworkers in stabilizing areas of the Earth’s crust. We cannot do this of our own accord, but where there are lightworkers doing planetary healing, we take this as an invitation. Within the prime directive we are allowed to assist.

WE HAVE BEEN WAITING
Sananda: For thousands of years the Ashtar Command has been waiting for this time. We are very excited that our wait is all but over and that we will be reunited with those of our family. I am speaking of you now.

I AM YOUR HOSTESS
Aleva: Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Aleva. I have great news. I would be known to you of Earth as one of the Space People, though to us this does seem like a strange way of referring to brothers and sisters. I have come from a distant planet that I might assist you of Earth in the days to come. It is my joy to tell you that I am responsible for a group of guides for you of Earth, here on the various ships. Our joy is still quite high as we await your arrival. I would bid you welcome, for it is my joy and my pleasure to act as your official hostess as you would go about the ship.

I AM FROM A DISTANT STAR
Aleva: I shall take this opportunity to briefly share a description of myself with you. My place of origin is one of the distant stars that is near to that planet that you call Venus. I would be approximately four foot eight and one half inches in you measurements. My face is rather oval. I am of a very slight build. My hair is quite light, and it falls easily to my shoulders.

OUR SHIPS
Aleva: First and largest are our mother ships which would be likened to one of your cities. These are literally cities within the air. The next size is the command ships which might be likened to your football field size. Then there are the ships of the sector leaders which are slightly smaller. Then there is a variety of smaller ones down to the remote controlled scout ships. In the time of lift-off all will be used to bring you up from Earth as quickly as possible. You will be sorted to the correct mother ships as you are beamed up.

THE FINAL COUNTDOWN
Aleva: My dear brothers and sisters we are on the final countdown and such joy we have, awaiting your arrival. When the hour comes it shan’t be necessary for you to bring any of your would-be clothing with you. All that will be provided. All that you shall require will be in your room. Do not be concerned about taking anything with you.

BEAMED TO THE MOTHERSHIPS
Aleva: Some of you shall be coming up to smaller ships initially, to be beamed to the mother ships, the command ships later. Because this will be an evacuation phase much of the formality will be dispensed with because of the large numbers we shall be working with in a relatively short period of time. And as you come aboard our ships, messages, communiqués, thoughts from loved ones from your home stars and planets will await you.

YOUR OWN ROOM
Aleva: Then after a short period you will be shown to your rooms for a welcomed opportunity to refresh yourselves and to rest. Each will be a separate room. In your rooms you will find a bed, one or two comfortable chairs for sitting and relaxing. You shall have a desk or that place where you might sit, you might write etc.

ONE PIECE SUIT
Aleva: Your manner of clothing would be a one piece suit. The men and women’s suits would basically be the same. It would be in a color that would be coded according to your specific purpose. I am sure, just as we do, you shall find these suits comfortable.

MEETINGS DURING THE DAY
Aleva: Then during the day there will be various gatherings within our amphitheater that will involve all of us, that we might receive teachings, that we might receive guidance and instruction from the Commanders within the Federation, as well as our beloved Sananda, our beloved commander-in-chief.

THOUGHT TRANSFERENCE
Aleva: We do not use speech such as yours. Our communication is through thought transference. All of you are capable of this, though there are portions of your brain that are sluggish because of long disuse.

WE READ THE MONITORS
Aleva: As we read the monitors we see many questions that pertain to your present state on Earth now. Some we are unable to answer because they will no longer be pertinent once you have joined us. So many things of earthly consequence now shall be relegated to the pile of trivia in the days to come. So my dear sister, this is the reason for many of man’s unanswered questions.

YOUR SLEEPING HOURS
Aleva: Many of you are saying that you have not been in our ships. Not so. During the past five years most of you have spent much of your sleeping hours with us. It is just not time to activate your recall. Indeed when you come on board you will feel quite at home and familiar with your surroundings. Some of you in the days before may begin to experience brief flashes of these sojourns. This will happen as we begin your activation. Some of you doze off for one of your catnaps and poof, you’re with us.

SILOS WOULD NOT OPEN
Aleva: You have no idea how many times we have interceded that there would not be an explosion. Your silos would not open up to allow your missiles to come forth for we have closed them.

I FEEL THE URGENCY
Aleva: I feel of the urgency and I would wish at this time to share with you this urgency that all of us feel. In the event that there should need to be a mass evacuation from the planet, then vibratory frequencies of our ships shall be altered radically to be more compatible to a vibration that is compatible for you.

THERE IS SUCH A LOVE
Aleva: There is great activity and this activity is on behalf of you ones of Earth. There is such a love for you ones of Earth. If only you could feel it. If I could have a wish at this hour that I would send forth to all of you of Earth, it would be that each one of you could feel the love that we have for you. Oh how beautiful that would be, how great it would be. And soon it shall be the case, this I know.

I SEND LOVE
Aleva: Now I must take my leave of you. Blessings in the Light of the Radiant One, and my love I freely share with each of you, and to all that will read of my words in the distant day. And to all of Earth mankind I send love that he might awaken, and that he might come forth to dwell with us. And, oh it shall be so beautiful when all of you of Earth know the peace that we know.

Aleva: I shall close for this hour for I have duties, and I am told that my time is up. My heart is filled to overflowing with joy, with love at the opportunity that I might speak with you. Each one of you know you are most precious and we watch over you.
